OUR PURPOSE
No girl left behind.
ADB Football Academy supports talented female players aged 15 to 18 in Cape Coast, Ghana. Our aim is to give girls the structure, care and opportunities to develop on the pitch and beyond it.
Football is the starting point. Confidence, education and a stronger future are part of the journey.
PLAYER DEVELOPMENT
Developing talent.
Structured coaching develops technical ability, tactical understanding, physical preparation and the mindset needed to progress.
Our ambition is an 18-month development pathway towards professional football opportunities, alongside preparation for university scholarships. Progress depends on each player’s development and the opportunities available.
WELFARE & CARE
Beyond football.
We help remove practical barriers through transport support and menstrual products, with welfare and safeguarding central to the Academy.
Girls should be able to focus on learning, training and belonging to a team.
