ADB Football Academy is a pioneering football development program based in Cape Coast, Ghana, dedicated to empowering and elevating elite female players aged 15–18.

Our academy provides a professional, high-performance environment where talented young athletes can grow technically, physically, and mentally. Preparing them for opportunities in university scholarships and professional football pathways worldwide.

Our Program

ADB Football Academy is a purpose-built elite girls’ football development academy based in Cape Coast, in Ghana’s Central Region.

The academy has been established to redefine what is possible for young female footballers in Ghana by providing a structured, professional pathway from youth football to the global game.

What makes ADB Football Academy truly distinctive is its intent, to develop and transition female footballers into professional players within an 18-month pathway. This ambition is rooted in the current and rapidly evolving state of women’s football worldwide.

Head Coach

Benjamin is the face of the Academy and leads the technical, tactical, and physical development of all players, setting the standards for a well-run, values-driven elite academy.
